9. Termination and Suspension

We do not guarantee that any logo, brand identity, guidebook, mascot, illustration, digital graphic, interface visual, or other creative deliverable will produce specific commercial results, revenue, rankings, conversion rates, trademark registration outcomes, or market performance. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the past 12 months, unless such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity
